Paris, the city where everything becomes art

#July Travel Support Fund

Paris was not just a travel destination. It was a city where everything naturally became art: streets, lights, people, air.
The Eiffel Tower was exciting even from afar, and the closer I got, the more delicate and elegant it became. At 10 p.m., when the lights started to twinkle, everyone held their breath. That scene alone was worth coming to Paris.

At the Louvre, the time spent quietly walking among the statues was more memorable than the Mona Lisa. The view of Paris from the clock window of the Musée d’Orsay made me stand in silence for a long time.
On the hill of Montmartre, the street painters, the sound of the guitar, and the sunset-colored Paris city all came together, making it seem as if time had stopped.

The real charm of Paris was not in the tourist spots, but in the ‘gaps’ between them. A small flower shop you come across while walking down an alley, a person riding a bicycle with a baguette, a café where you can spend hours enjoying a cup of coffee.
That leisureliness is what makes Paris Paris.
