Day 4 of Paris – Walking Between Space and Art

#JulyTravelSupport

Today, I chose a somewhat unusual itinerary. Early in the morning, I headed to the Paris Air and Space Museum (Musée de l'air et de l'espace), located near Paris Le Bourget Airport. As befitting the largest museum in Europe, the exhibits were impressive. From a real Concorde to a Soviet Tupolev and a World War II fighter jet, it felt like witnessing the evolution of aviation up close. You could even climb into the cockpit, making it an exciting experience for both children and adults.

In the afternoon, for a change of pace, I headed to the Musée d'Orsay. It's a little less crowded than the Louvre, but if you're a fan of Impressionist art, this is the place to be. Seeing works by Monet, Renoir, Van Gogh, and Degas up close was a real emotional experience. I particularly lingered for a while before Van Gogh's self-portrait.

This day, where space, art, science, and emotion coexisted, I fell in love with the profound allure of Paris once again.
