🇵🇭Whiskey Library with a library concept, recommended when passing through Manila!

A cocktail and whiskey bar on the 2nd floor of Newport near Manila, Philippines.

It's a good place to stop by when you have some time left before transiting or leaving Manila. I also stopped by during my 5-hour transit. It took 10-15 minutes by taxi from the airport.

When you enter, there is a long white bar that is overwhelming from the main entrance. There are many whiskeys on shelves stacked vertically like library bookshelves. When you order whiskey from the top, the staff uses a ladder to bring it out, which looks like a librarian at a Taoist temple.

The menu is also fun because it looks like an old book. The cocktail menu is all named after classic books or movies, which stimulates curiosity. The taste descriptions are also well-written. The overall atmosphere is very fancy and classy. Even the bathroom is pretty.

The cocktail prices were a little cheaper than in Korea.
