I had the opportunity to check in at a super chic seaside cafe in Pattaya called Fundamental Specialty Coffee and Eatery. I must say that this cafe is a complete heart-warming place, whether it's coffee, food, or atmosphere.

We tried the Croiffle menu, which is a croissant baked until crispy and made into a waffle, served with sweet and fragrant toppings. It was very delicious and not greasy at all. The drink menu is also very creative. We ordered a colorful cold menu with cute decorations, perfect for taking pictures. Both good taste and cute appearance in one glass.

The atmosphere of the shop is another highlight because it is near the sea. You can see a panoramic view of Pattaya. If you come in the evening, you will get a very romantic sunset atmosphere. The shop is decorated in a minimalist tone mixed with a little tropical. There are indoor and outdoor areas to choose from according to your style.

If you come to Pattaya and want to find a cafe with a good atmosphere, good coffee, and neat food, Fundamental is one of the shops that you should definitely visit. I highly recommend it. 🌿🌊
