Wat Nang Phaya, built during the Sukhothai period, is a significant temple well-known among amulet gurus. It houses a supreme amulet, one of the Benjaphakee set, known as the Phra Nang Phaya. The first discovery of the amulet crypt was in 1901. The Phra Nang Phaya is renowned for its sacredness and reputation for its metta mahaniyom (charm of love and popularity). Those who possess it are revered and revered, as is the power of the Queen.
Another highlight of the temple is the red and white ubosot (ordination hall), which houses the principal Buddha image, Somdej Nang Phaya Ruean Kaew. The Phlap Phla Hathai Naresuan (Phra Hathai Naresuan) is also enshrined in the five-headed pavilion, which houses statues of Phra Wisut Kasat (the renovator of Wat Nang Phaya) and his family, including King Maha Thammaracha, King Naresuan the Great, King Ekathotsarot, and Phra Suphankanlaya.
