Dinner in Phuket

Dried aged fish is good in every dish, whether eaten raw as sashimi, grilled or pan fried, every dish is well-made. The fish meat is juicy, sweet, and the skin is crispy and fun to chew.
But that's not all. The award for creativity and outstanding creation must be given to the chef who made the combination of sauces, flavors, and textures come out so well. And the smell and texture are unique and outstanding in every dish.

But the first prize must go to the butternut squash that is baked just right and the calamelized sauce that has a fragrant smell that hits the nose. The sweetness and perfection are beyond reproach.

Let's just say, go and try it. The price is very good, but the taste is 3 times better than the price.
