Ideal Spot with Remarkable Service

This hotel is ideally situated at the start of Karon Beach， just south of Patong， offering a resort ambiance while being tucked away. It's not walkable to town but still conveniently close to the action. For me， the location was spot-on; I didn't mind taking a Grab (like Uber) to Patong or deeper into Karon. Grab rides are very affordable! The scenery is stunning， and the private beach is phenomenal! Our rooms were okay (I knew some rooms were outdated)， but the ocean view room was incredible! I wish I could share my video. My booking included breakfast， which I really enjoyed， and the service was excellent. Everyone greeted us with smiles. Front Desk: The desk can get busy， but Cha was wonderful， suggesting great restaurants and always smiling at us. Overall customer service: I had an incident on the beach， and everyone rushed to help me. They truly assisted. Sandra， the Manager， called， visited， and sent surprises to my room. Their customer service was fantastic! As a Bonvoy member， I was impressed and didn’t even feel the need to request points. Sandra， Booboo， and their team were outstanding. After partying in crowded Patong， returning to this serene spot was a delight. I'm sure once they renovate， the hotel will be even more spectacular. I began my birthday trip in Bangkok and am thrilled to have ended it in Phuket at Le Meridien.
