Pre-Pandemic Xmas by the Sea at Port Avillion

Reminiscing the time when my family can still travel here ;( Hopefully, PH will be included in VTL.

Several years back, my dad and son travelled to Singapore for the Yuletide season. I have been fascinated by chalets on the sea so I decided to take them to one near here… at Port Dickson! Wrong decision to travel to Malaysia by bus before Christmas!!! It took us 12 hours to get to Port Disckson :( Should’ve been a 2-3 hour trip only, I think. By the time we arrived, we were so tired from the land travel :(
(yeah, yeah, now I know…. not a good time to go to Malaysia near Christmas day)

Luckily, check-in was very fast and in no time, we got settled in the 1 Bedroom Premium Chalet we booked. It has such a cozy ambiance but gives off more of a romantic vibe than a family atmosphere vibe for me. 😂

Food in the resort was great! Room, quite nice. My dad had a great time photographing the surrounding seascapes. The resort have a section where you can wait for the sun to set but it was full by the time we got there :( see from one of the pictures…

I’d like to be back.. Hopefully when it’s safer to travel.
