Reclining Buddha Cave nearby Wat Ao Noi is especially interesting and different because it’s right over the water, so after the climb, I saw not only the cave was beautiful statues, but also enjoy the stunning view over the bay.
The climb itself is not very long but it’s good to have some water because of the heat. There are some benches on the way, so it’s easy to crash and rest for a little bit.
The key itself is not very big and by the entrance you will see a massive statue of reclining Buddha. I had just the phone light on me, which was pretty much enough, but if you can get a headlamp with you, that surely would be better.
There is a second statue for reclining Buddha the deep in the cave, along with some smaller statues of monks.
Overall, about 15 minutes or enough to explore the cave. Plus the time to climb up and down.
This place is a wonderful stop and truly worth visiting.
