When the weather gets cooler, I always want to find something hot to warm my stomach ( ́▽`) In addition to usually liking to eat rice noodles, I will also go around to find good ramen shops😋

I went to this ramen shop at 7pm that day. I didn't need to queue to go straight in (there was a queue when I left🙈)
The overall style is pure white wood minimalist style, the facade is a large white wall with wooden doors, enter the store environment is relatively dim and soft, there are two-person tables against the wall, and there is a bar table looking towards the ramen making location, but the number of ramen locations is not much

The menu only focuses on 3 kinds of ramen: chicken white broth, salt, and soy sauce. Additional ingredients can be added, no snacks

The soup is rich in texture and has a milky yellow color
The soup is smooth and full of chicken flavor like flower gelatin chicken soup texture is not overly salty
I've eaten some chicken and white soup ramen before. I'll be very missing at the end. This soup doesn't exist😗

The soy sauce soup is dark brown but the soup is clear
It had a little chicken oil flavor in the mouth but the soy sauce soup was a bit too salty in comparison Personally I thought ( ́・_・`)
The noodles are hard enough, but my noodles quite like the thickness of the ground
The chicken breast was thick and tender, and the pork char siu was thin but cooked just right but the chicken breast was more amazing
The half-cooked soft-boiled egg was also very surprising. Half the egg yolk was melted when you bit it open
Personally, I prefer the chicken white soup ʕ •ᴥ•ʔ
