A one-hour bus ride from Central Market, Kuala Lumpur, brings you to the pink mosque known as Putra Mosque.

The Putra Mosque is a prominent mosque in Putrajaya. Construction began in 1997 and took approximately two years to complete. It is located next to Perdana Putra, the government headquarters, and Putrajaya Lake, a man-made lake. In front of the mosque, there is a courtyard decorated with the flags of each state of Malaysia.

Registration is required before entering the mosque, and women are required to wear the hijab.
