Le Méridien Qingdao West Coast, an ideal choice for a seaside holiday

I recently experienced the Qingdao West Coast Le Meridien Hotel. I was deeply impressed by the price, environment and service. It is especially suitable for vacation.

💰️Per capita consumption:
The price is 400+, and Qingdao consumption coupons were not used. This price is very cost-effective among hotels of the same type. There are also sea view rooms with two breakfasts for only three digits, which is very friendly to tourists with limited budgets.

🏘️️️Room type/layout:
The twin room I booked for my parents is larger than the king-size room I booked for myself. I was upgraded to a sea view room when I checked in. Although the angle was a bit off, I could still enjoy the beautiful sea view. The Exploration Sea View Suites have different forms. The rooms in Block A are larger, with an additional dining table and a huge living room, but the bedroom view is slightly worse and is next to the road; the rooms in Block B are relatively smaller, but both the bedroom and the living room have sea views. The overall room layout is reasonable and can meet the needs of different guests.

🛌Supplies/Facilities:
The room has sufficient heating and powerful air conditioning, which can effectively keep the room warm and dry, solving the humidity problem that may exist in coastal city hotels. There are basically no mosquito problems and it is very comfortable to live in. The hotel has a small children's playground suitable for young babies, as well as indoor and outdoor swimming pools, enriching the leisure and entertainment options for guests.

The sanitary conditions are also excellent and the room is clean and tidy.

💗Other tips:
The hotel is located more than 40 minutes' drive from downtown Qingdao. It is convenient to travel by car or take a taxi. If you depart from Nanjing, take the train to Qingdao West and then take a taxi to the hotel in less than half an hour. The first floor of the hotel leads to the beach and the sea. Next to it is the mangrove resort, which can be reached in a few minutes by walking along the coastline. Continue walking forward and cross a bridge to reach the City Balcony, where there are many delicious foods. It is also very convenient to eat around the hotel. There are food streets and shopping malls within a few minutes' drive. The hotel staff is enthusiastic and the butler can deliver the items you need in time. Although there are not too many types of breakfast food, there are freshly made dumplings and French fries are also very delicious. The original format of HH was closed and changed to a Chinese set meal, but I didn't try it. If you go to the beach in the morning, you may see a lot of small black bugs, but they will disappear after the tide rises. If you come to Qingdao for vacation, this hotel is very suitable, and it is one of the few Marriott hotels in Qingdao with a balcony. However, if you come here mainly for tourism, it is not recommended because it is far from the city, it is a long way to drive, and it is also troublesome to take the subway.
