My weekend trip to Qingdao with a friend was short but fulfilling.
As soon as we arrived, we stopped at the Marine Center. The sea beyond the buildings was a deep blue, and the red sculptures of May Fourth Square were clearly visible at the end. Seeing this iconic cityscape in one glance made me realize, "Wow, I'm really in Qingdao!"
Next, we headed to the Little Fish Mountain Observatory. The stairs were steeper than I expected, but the climb was worth it. The city's skyscrapers, the sea, and the red-roofed European buildings unfolded like a painting. The breeze cooled us down, and we spent a long time taking pictures with our friends.
Our final stop, the Mural Street, had another charm. The narrow alleys were filled with colorful paintings, making it a pleasant stroll. Each mural told a charming story, making us stop and take photos.
It was a short trip, but it was a trip that captured the sea, the city, and the artistic atmosphere. It was a special weekend trip to Qingdao with friends. 🌊🍺
