The first thing to do when you come to Jiuhua Mountain is to eat this!!!
I can never get tired of Huizhou cuisine

👍Highly recommended:
✔Signature stinky mandarin fish (a classic Huizhou dish, it has a unique stinky smell but it tastes very fragrant! The fish is very tender, it's salty and goes well with rice)
✔Braised pork with dried bamboo shoots (the black pork and dried bamboo shoots are very fragrant when stir-fried together, the dried bamboo shoots are soaked in meat juice and taste very good)
✔Fried rice chicken soup (the soup made from old hens is incredibly delicious, if you like fried rice, you can add fried rice)

There are also cultural and creative products and tiramisu with the Jiuhua Mountain logo! It's great for checking in and taking photos, and it tastes great too!

It's about 100 meters outside Gate 4 of Dayuan Cultural Park, and there's a free shuttle service within 5 kilometers!
