Taoist Center, Buddhist Holy Land, Shennong Mountain Global Geopark

Jiaozuo Shennong Mountain is located in Qinyang City, Henan Province, at the border of Dihe Village, Shanhe Town, Jincheng City. As of April 2023, Shennong Mountain Scenic Area covers an area of 102 square kilometers, with the main peak, Zijin Peak, at an altitude of 1,028 meters. It is one of the first global geoparks, a national 5A-level scenic tourist area, and a famous mountain of Confucianism, Taoism, and Buddhism.

Shennong Mountain is also known as the "Natural Botanical Garden" with 1,199 rare plants. Nine thousand national protected animals, Taihang macaques, climb branches and cliffs, play and frolic, adding endless wild fun. Shennong Mountain Scenic Area is an excellent place for leisure vacations, adventure sightseeing, scientific research, and returning to nature.
