Wonderful Experience with Attentive Service

The service, particularly housekeeping, has been impressive. Every request was addressed promptly and effectively. Our diving adventure was thoroughly enjoyable; our instructor Louisa displayed great competence, instilling full confidence in us. The snorkeling was fabulous and not to be missed. The Dolphin Safari was enjoyable; the crew excelled in spotting dolphins and the refreshments were delightful. Adding an explanation at the start about the trip's itinerary could enhance the experience. It was unfortunate that the local village trip didn't proceed due to insufficient participants, despite us signing up 4 or 5 days in a row. The hotel accommodations, especially in the water bungalow, were beautiful, and the champagne and fruit were a thoughtful gesture. We did encounter cockroaches occasionally, but the staff handled it quickly. Having a reserved table for each meal was convenient and eliminated the stress of searching for a table. Sabina, our waitress, was extremely attentive and made a genuine effort to connect with us. The food was abundant with plenty of variety and was consistently fresh. However, as a vegetarian, there was a limited selection of protein-rich dishes; adding mushroom or bean/lentil options would be beneficial. Nonetheless, overall, a very good experience. We would certainly recommend this excellent, well-managed hotel.
