🥩 ‘Nua Tod Kham Thai’, medium rare fried beef, topped with juicy oil, dipped in soy sauce and wasabi. It was so delicious that we ordered two more.
🍤 ‘Spicy Shrimp Surrounded by the Moon’, this dish gives the feeling of shrimp in fish sauce, topped with spicy seafood sauce, sprinkled with fried shallots, and topped with pickled egg yolk. Eating them together in one bite is a perfect combination.
🌶 ‘Tam Tiew’, this is the best tam with fermented fish sauce. The fermented fish sauce has a good smell, is rich, and the noodles are small and chewy.
