An Unimaginable Wetland Park

Arriving at Zhangye Wetland Park near dusk turned out to be the biggest regret of the trip...
If you plan to explore on foot, this park would take an entire day to cover. If you're here for photography, even three days might not be enough to capture all its beauty. And if you want to truly enjoy life, I suggest moving to Zhangye directly! 🤪😄
The endless sea of reeds stretches as far as the eye can see. Even after walking for half an hour, there's still no end in sight. Several sections of the park are covered in vast reed fields, so much so that you'll be overwhelmed by the sheer number of photo opportunities—it’s not an exaggeration!
Sadly, while the sunset is breathtaking, it’s fleeting as dusk approaches.
I recommend visiting earlier in the day and bringing some food for a picnic, as the lakeside views are stunning with plenty of picturesque spots. Also, consider renting a bike, as the park is truly too vast to explore entirely on foot.
