July-August is lotus season here! Absolutely stunning.  
Take a boat ride through wild marshes to admire lotuses, peel lotus seeds, feed ducks, and watch cormorants.  
Kids won’t want to leave!  
On the way, visit Xiongan—the city of the future👀  
📍Itinerary  
**Day 1**: Wild Marshes → Xiongan Impressions → Geometry Bookstore → Xiongan Eye  
**Day 2**: Yuerong Park → Xinma Forest Animal Park  
✅ **Wild Marshes**  
No entrance fee, and totally worth it!  
Chartered boats (fits 12 people) take ~2h for a full loop, passing lotus-filled areas perfect for photos. Buy lotus bouquets or fresh seed pods.  
End the trip by feeding ducks with steamed buns—so fun!  
Note: "Water Ferraris" (speedboats) are restricted lately; only available mornings.  
We pre-booked a 398-yuan boat meal at Enxi Reception (Wang Ying’s family)—a lavish spread!  
Must-tries: Iron-pot fish stew, salted duck eggs, and spicy crayfish.  
~40-li water route; breezy with open views.  
After disembarking, kids enjoyed swings and minnow-catching.
