[Samarkand] If you want to eat, here are 2 recommended places!

When you go abroad, you want to eat the food of that country! So, we will introduce you to some restaurants that serve delicious Uzbek local food 😻

1《Samarkand plov Otash osh》
When you think of Uzbek cuisine, you think of "plov" 🥘
I went to a restaurant in Samarkand that is rumored to be the most delicious ♪

This is a plov specialty restaurant, and when you sit down, a plov set is automatically provided for the number of people 😋
I was nervous because I didn't know how to use it 💦
(There was someone nearby who spoke Japanese and helped me ✨ There were quite a few people who spoke Japanese, and I felt like they were pro-Japan!)

A set for two people with plov, tomato salad, bread, and tea was 100,000 UZS ♪ (about 1200 yen for two people 🍀 rate as of November 2024)

However, although it was delicious, it was oily and the taste was monotonous + the amount was large, so I left some of it 😅
But it was delicious, and I had heard that Japanese people cannot digest the oil used in Uzbekistan and there is a high chance of getting an upset stomach, but there was no problem! So, if you want to eat plov, this is a restaurant I would definitely recommend❤️

📍It's near the Shahi-Zinda Mausoleums.

What is plov... It's a national dish representing Uzbekistan, made by frying meat, vegetables, and rice in a specially made cauldron with a lot of oil and cooking it🖕

2《Ikat Boutiques Cafe & Restaurant》
This is also Uzbekistan's national dish "lagman"🍲
It's a tomato x beef soup with noodles in it!

There were hats in the shop, so I tried them on. lol
The interior was cute too❤️

📍It's near the Bih-Khanym Mosque.

I hope this helps♪
