Sanmenxia is stunning in winter, like a swan sanctuary

Siberian swans have arrived in Sanmenxia! They come every winter from December to February. Miss them and you'll have to wait another year.
Thousands of swans fly here every winter, and it's truly spectacular.
Sanmenxia is located in western Henan. In winter, you can see swans, visit the Yellow River, soak in hot springs, visit Dikeng Courtyards, and explore Hangu Pass. It's a low-key city, and two days is enough to see it all!
