Sapa - There's Three Reason Why People Visit

If you are like my friends, the trekking opportunities would be the key reason why you would visit Sapa. The options are endless, from short trips across paddy fields and ethnic groups, to long trips over days to get up Fansipan.

Else, you are there for the incredible view that people rave about. Which is true and you get to enjoy it just by getting a full ride from the Sunworld terminal to the peak of Fansipan. Starting with the Muong Hoa Funicular, to the cable car ride, the whole journey is sufficient to justify your existence in Sapa. Tickets can be bought online or on the spot.

Lastly, and probably most unlikely, is to visit the temple in Fansipan to get in some prayers and wishes! The huge statues then fades in and out of sight due to the fog makes the ambience more mythical and probably increases the chances of your prayers coming true!
