🌟 Sakura-braised Octopus
This is slow-cooked octopus, named for its translucent color resembling cherry blossoms. The texture, aroma, and sweetness when chewed are all outstanding.

🌟 Cod Milt with Seaweed
The milt is so shiny it reflects light, and it melts in your mouth. Paired with yuzu vinegar, it is refreshing and not greasy.

🌟 King Crab Three Ways
A large piece of leg meat on top, followed by rich crab roe, and shredded crab meat at the bottom. Every bite is full of crab flavor.

🌟 Sashimi
Includes Hokkigai, Madai, sweet shrimp, Akami, and fish roe. Although the chef's English is not fluent, he made an effort to have the staff use a translation app to communicate with us and explain how to enjoy each dish to the fullest. My favorite was the crisp and sweet Hokkigai, which was both chewy and incredibly fresh.

🌟 Dobin Mushi
This dish includes the king of fragrant ingredients—Matsutake mushrooms. First, enjoy the aroma by opening the lid and letting the fragrance fill the air. Pour the broth like tea, and use the pot to scoop out the ingredients. A small piece of sudachi is provided to squeeze into the fish or broth, which removes any fishy taste and adds a layer of refreshing flavor.

🌟 Grilled Dish
Grilled Toro with green onions. The meat is tender and smooth, balanced perfectly with the flavorful green onions. Each bite of the fatty Toro is incredibly satisfying.
