HARRIS Resort Waterfront Batam

#batamtrip Great place for a short getaway. The location of the hotel is quite far from batam center and it will take a while during peak hours. Pool is big and there's a kid's pool too but pool toys like giant float and paddle boats have to be rented. The buffet breakfast has a fair local spread but service is a little lacking. during breakfast peak hours there weren't any staff to help get us a table. More guest were let in despite the place is full and limited to outdoor seating which is also smoking seating. We like the family rooms with a bunk bed for the kiddos. The room is clean and furnishings has been updated. Bathroom is clean and towels are fresh. They provide water dispenser with hot and cold water along the corridor. I like this sustainable option and it's easy for parents to top up the kids' water bottles. There isn't much options for shopping or massage or food within walking distance. For food you can get delivery and collect at the lobby.
