Return of the Equestrian Statue of Date Masamune in Sendai

It was sent out for repairs due to the earthquake that occurred on March 16, 2022, but a return ceremony was held on March 31, 2023. In terms of the Sengoku period, it would be a triumphant return.

This is the equestrian statue of Date Masamune, a representative tourist spot in Sendai. The view of Sendai city and the Pacific Ocean from the ruins of Sendai Castle (there was no castle tower, so the remains of the main citadel) is spectacular.
