Sendai Tourism: Izumi Chuo Gyoza Tavern!

This is a restaurant around Izumi Chuo Station in Sendai.
They had fried mozzarella.
I ordered something called 'Golden Skewer' and it turned out to be chicken skin. I think it had a sweet sauce on it.
Overall, the prices are reasonable and it's a great place for a quick drink.
It's cheap, the staff's service is good, and the food is delicious for the price. The gyoza, in particular, is garlicky and tasty. Each dumpling is handmade with a fragrant special skin and carefully selected pork with a good texture. The pan-fried gyoza is so juicy that the meat juices burst out. The filling is also well-packed.
