Perched on a cliff in Seogwipo, JW Marriott Jeju Resort & Spa offers panoramic views of volcanic coastlines from all rooms. Inspired by Jeju's "Olle" trails and traditional stone walls, its lobby features an art installation with 3,000 local volcanic rocks.

Designer | Bill Bensley:
A world-renowned resort landscape architect with projects across 40+ countries. Specializing in immersive ecological spaces with tropical flora, his iconic works include InterContinental Danang Sun Peninsula (blending karst landscapes with rice terraces) and W Koh Samui (a "jungle adventure" theme). The New York Times describes his designs as "architecture disappearing into nature."
