Korea is known for its yakiniku, but it also has a lot of seafood dishes!
I tried it when I went to Korea and it was so delicious that I'd like to introduce it to you all 🥰
① Jojo Kalguksu
This is a specialty store for shellfish broth kalguksu and chijimi in the trendy area of Seongsu, where you're sure to have to queue up!
There are only three main menu items:
Kalguksu 10,000w
Shellfish hotpot 12,000w
Seafood chijimi 15,000w
We ordered one serving of kalguksu and one serving of seafood chijimi, and two girls were pretty full 😍
It's always full of people waiting, so make sure you have plenty of time to visit ❤️
② Nap Kose
"Yeonghodong Octopus Hongdae Branch"
I wanted to try seasonal octopus, so I discovered a hidden gem! You can eat octopus hotpot 🍲 called "Nap Kose" for only 12,000w per person!
The way to eat it is to mix the ingredients and soup from the pot, Korean seaweed, bean sprouts, kimchi, etc. into the rice that comes with it 😋
It was my first time eating it, but it was very delicious! It's also good value for money, so I'll definitely be coming back 👍 There were no Korean customers in sight, and most of the customers were Korean ~
③ Ganjang Gejang
The well-known blue crab marinated in soy sauce
I had it at "Okejang Shinsa Main Store", a restaurant in Garosugil 😊
I wanted to try it out to see if I liked it, so instead of just the Ganjang Gejang menu, I ordered a bibimbap dish 🤗
It had no peculiar taste, no smell like the shrine, and it was very delicious!
