#seoulattractions This former Belgian consulate building houses a permanent exhibition by artist Kwon Jin-gyu. It is said that the building, which was completed in Hoehyeon-dong in 1905 during the Korean Empire and used as the Belgian Consulate, was moved to its current location in 1983. This two-story building, which began functioning as an art museum in 2004, has a classic architectural style made of granite and red brick. When you open the large door and go inside, the high ceiling comes into view, and the rooms are arranged on both sides around a central hallway.
