Cute cafe near Namsan Tower, Seoul

This cafe is called Oeat, and it's a cafe with a great view and delicious drinks. They have a rooftop terrace where you can enjoy views of Namsan Tower and the sunset in the evening. The atmosphere is wonderful. The cafe is located in Haebangchon, a popular new area in Seoul. I really like this area. It's a hilltop feel. The cafe has several floors, with the top floor being a rooftop. If you come in the evening, it's the perfect place to experience it. I really like the cocoa, which is incredibly refreshing and delicious. I came here because I asked a local about a recommended place, and they recommended it. I really like it.

To get there, I recommend taking the bus. The subway is a long walk up the mountain.
