Tucked away Seongsu-dong Dalim Bread (달임막) is a charming, cottage-core bakery that feels like it's straight out of a Studio Ghibli film. The open-air stall, with its quaint decor, is a perfect spot for photos.
Ordering is a breeze at their self-service kiosk, which offers multiple languages including Korean, English, Japanese, and Chinese. The main attraction is the Bear Bread Set for 12,000 KRW.
The set includes two incredibly cute, bear-shaped buns that are light and airy. While the bread alone is simple, the real stars are the incredibly rich kaymak (clotted cream) and the pure honey served on the side. You use an adorable eco-friendly bear spoon to mix them to your desired sweetness, creating a perfectly creamy and sweet spread.
The combination of the warm, fluffy bread with the homemade kaymak and honey is truly exceptional—a delightful experience that justifies the visit. It's more than a snack; it's a moment of pure, whimsical joy. #dalimbread
