Korea/Seoul [Dongdaemun area] Garlic-filled Dakgalbi

In Dongdaemun, Korea, there is an area called Dakgalbi Street where many Dakgalbi restaurants are lined up.

It's a little far from there, but in the Dongdaemun area, there is a really delicious Dakgalbi restaurant that is full of garlic!

It's so delicious that I've been there about 5 times, and it's a restaurant I always go to with friends who come from Japan.

The recipe for the dak-degi (sauce) is written on a sheet on the wall in Japanese, so you can rest assured.

The longer you simmer it, the more the flavor seeps in and the tastier it becomes, and the soup is really delicious.

And no matter how full you are, you should definitely try the guksu at the end.
The soup, full of garlic made from well-simmered chicken, goes well with the guksu, so you can't go home without it 🥹!

I usually go with two people and order one serving of guksu, but last time I was so excited about the guksu that I ordered two servings, but the soup became too thick and I felt like I couldn't enjoy the original delicious soup, so I recommend one serving in terms of both quantity and taste lol
