Nanjing Road

Nanjing Road, or Nanjing Road, is a shopping street stretching over 5 kilometers. It's lined with brand-name stores, souvenir shops, art toys, Miniso, and street food. It would take a full day to walk around it all, as it's incredibly long and crowded. From evening onwards, pedestrians are organized.
A must-visit is Popmart, the largest branch in Shanghai. It's huge and crowded.
Another great place is M&M.
Getting there: Take the Metro to East Nanjing Road Station. Any exit will take you straight to Nanjing Road. (We took Exit 2 because it's right across from Dimaru Mall, which offers access to both The Bund and Nanjing Road.)
