Super convenient location📍
The hotel is right near the Hongqiao transportation hub, making it easy to get here by subway, high-speed train, or plane. I came from the airport, got off the subway, and just a few steps later I arrived—totally effortless. Plus, there are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby, so you can just step out and stroll around. Super convenient.

Impressive lobby✨
The moment I entered the hotel lobby, wow, I was completely blown away. The lobby is especially spacious with a modern decor style, all sparkling decorations around, and very soft lighting. The front desk staff was super friendly, chatting with me a bit while checking me in, which felt really warm. When I was dragging my luggage in, a young man came over to help without me asking—service was flawless.

Super comfortable room🛏️
The room really impressed me. As soon as I opened the door, I saw a huge bed with a mattress that was just the right firmness—so comfortable that I just flopped down and didn’t want to get up. The room had big windows, and when I pulled back the curtains, I could see the street view outside. At night, the twinkling lights made it especially romantic. The room was fully equipped, and the toiletries were all big-name brands, very convenient to use. After showering at night, I soaked in the bath and felt completely healed.

Delicious and affordable restaurant🍽️
The hotel’s restaurant was a big surprise. The breakfast had a huge variety, both Chinese and Western, and I was always full every day. Their pancakes were especially good—thin crust with all kinds of fillings, each bite full of flavor. Lunch and dinner had many options too. I tried their steak, which was especially tender, and the sauce was delicious. Best of all, the prices were very reasonable, offering great value.

Thoughtful and attentive service❤️
What touched me most during this stay was the hotel’s service. Whether at the front desk, housekeeping, or restaurant, everyone was very warm. One night when I came back late, the front desk guy even reminded me to be careful on the way. The housekeeping staff was very meticulous, even tidying up the small decorations I left on the table. This kind of thoughtful service really made me feel very warm.

My stay at Hilton Shanghai Hongqiao Xiangyuan Hotel was truly delightful. From the location to the room facilities, from the delicious food to the thoughtful service, I was very satisfied. Next time I come to Shanghai, I will definitely choose this hotel again. It’s just awesome!
