Recently, I traveled to Shanghai and, considering convenient transportation and accommodation quality, I chose Novotel Shanghai Clover Hotel. It turned out that this stay was a wonderful experience, adding many warm memories to my trip to Shanghai.

The hotel's location is truly a blessing for travel. It is right next to Kangxin Highway Station on Metro Line 11, which for me, wanting to visit Disneyland, meant just a short 5-minute ride of one stop on the subway to get there directly. Moreover, the hotel offers multiple free shuttle buses running between Shanghai Disneyland, Pudong Airport, The Bund, Hongqiao Railway Station/Airport Terminal 2, and other places, greatly saving travel time and transportation costs. After arriving at the hotel on the first day and resting briefly, I took the shuttle to Disneyland and started a magical fairy tale journey — it was incredibly convenient.

Comfortable rooms, a cozy haven

Walking into the room, the elegant French-style floor-to-ceiling windows immediately caught my eye. Sunlight poured through the windows, making the room bright and warm. The room was fully equipped, with fast free Wi-Fi allowing me to share travel moments with friends anytime. The bathroom with separate wet and dry areas was not only clean and tidy but also very convenient to use. Notably, the room was equipped with an air purifier, so even in the bustling city, I could enjoy fresh air, which was very comfortable. The bedding was soft and cozy, ensuring a quality sleep every night, so I could continue exploring Shanghai full of energy the next day.

Traveling with my child, I was especially delighted by the hotel's family-friendly facilities. The indoor children's playground was filled with laughter, and various fun toys and play equipment kept my child happily entertained. The reading corner was thoughtfully set up, allowing my child to quietly read while playing. The children's menu was not only cute in presentation but also delicious, and my child ate with great appetite. Additionally, free baby cots and supplies, stroller rental services, and other thoughtful details made me feel the hotel’s care for family travel.

Diverse dining, a feast for the palate

The hotel's dining services also left a deep impression on me. On the first floor, the interactive dining restaurant offered a dazzling array of Chinese and Western dishes and international cuisine. The hearty buffet breakfast included fresh fruits, delicious bread, nutritious porridge, and freshly made eggs and noodles with enticing aromas. Traditional Shanghai specialties and late-night snacks allowed me to savor authentic local flavors. The food bar was a great place for leisure and business gatherings; here, I could order a cup of coffee, enjoy snacks, and chat with friends in a very relaxed atmosphere. Especially notable were the hotel's all-day freshly brewed coffee self-service and the complimentary goodnight porridge in the evening, which warmed both my stomach and heart.

During my stay, the hotel staff were always warm and attentive. From the patient answers at check-in to the prompt response of room service, every detail made me feel truly welcomed. When I inquired about nearby attractions and transportation information, the staff always provided detailed introductions and many practical suggestions. This kind of thoughtful service made me feel the warmth of home even in an unfamiliar city.

This stay at Novotel Shanghai Clover Hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of transportation, rooms, dining, and service. It felt like a warm harbor, making my journey in Shanghai even better. Next time I come to Shanghai, I will definitely choose this hotel again to experience this unique comfort and leisure once more.
