Grand Hyatt Shanghai is located on floors 53 to 87 of the Jin Mao Tower, so the views are definitely a highlight 🌇
The rooms are a bit dated, but everything was clean and well looked after.
🛏️ The bed felt a little small, but fine for a short stay.
🚿 The bathroom was clean, with a good shower and a nice bathtub — great for relaxing after a long day.
👥 Staff were friendly and professional — the lovely gentelmen at the check-in was very polite and helpful.

Overall, a comfortable stay with amazing views and good service.
