🚉 How to get there?

First of all, getting to this street is incredibly easy. I used the subway because the Shanghai metro system is very advanced.
For those who want to come by subway: The easiest way is to take Line 2 (the green line) and get off at East Nanjing Road (南京东路). As soon as you exit the station, you'll see the crowds and the giant store signs!

This place transforms into a visual feast, especially in the evening. All the buildings are covered in colorful LED lights, some of which glow almost like Times Square.

📋 What to do in the evening?

1. Watch the light shows:
Walking along the street, you can see animated lights and projections on the facades of skyscrapers.
2. 🍽️ Try the street food:
In the streets immediately surrounding the street, you can find many street food items like bubble tea, fried squid, and dumplings.
3. 📸 Take photos – especially while walking towards the Bund:

If you walk all the way to the end of the street, you'll reach the Bund. The night view there, along the Huangpu River, is stunning.
