This modern, luxurious high-rise building in the heart of Shanghai offers stunning views from all rooms. Its prime location is close to People's Square, within easy walking distance of the metro station and the bustling Nanjing Road. The numerous small restaurants along Huanghe Road also add to the convenience.

✓Excellent Service and Luxurious Amenities
The hotel offers attentive service, with warm and welcoming staff who speak fluent English, ensuring smooth communication. The Club Lounge on the 59th floor offers stunning views of Shanghai's skyscrapers. The evening cocktail menu is extensive, ranging from beer, white wine, and sparkling wine, along with delicious dishes like Kung Pao Chicken. The service is impeccable.

The hotel has excellent amenities. I enjoyed a daily swim in the beautiful outdoor pool and a relaxing soak in the hot tub on the 6th floor. The prompt daily housekeeping service was also very satisfying.

✓Comfortable Rooms and Ingenious Details
The rooms are spacious and comfortable, offering stunning city views. The rooms are clean and tidy, the temperature is perfect, and the beds are soft and relaxing. Plenty of power outlets on both sides of the bed are a thoughtful touch. I especially loved the small sofa next to the bed, perfect for propping up my feet while watching TV.

The bathrooms had strong water pressure and consistent temperature. The long baths, complete with sea salt scrubs, were a true heavenly indulgence. Please note that toiletries like toothbrushes and shower caps are available upon request.

✓ Dining Experiences
The hotel offers a wide variety of dining options, from a delicious breakfast buffet on the 38th floor to dinner at Wenhao Chinese Restaurant and JW Grill.

The service at both restaurants was attentive, and the portions were generous. The only exception was the omelette station in the lobby cafe, which only had one chef, so there might be a short wait during peak hours.
