Shanghai Anpuru, custom pasta as you like 🍝💓

I stumbled upon a small pasta restaurant while walking along Shanghai's Anfu Road. The atmosphere was charming, but I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious it was.
This is a "completely customizable pasta restaurant," where you can choose everything from the sauce, toppings, noodles, and even the doneness.

I started with warm pumpkin soup, followed by basil pesto pasta topped with olives and broccoli,
and then the fungi porcini mushroom ravioli topped with sun-dried mushrooms.
Every dish had a distinctly natural flavor, and the basil pesto, in particular, had a rich yet clean aroma.

After dinner, I took a leisurely stroll down Anfu Road, famous for its charming streets.
The autumn sunlight bathed the streets, creating a perfect day. 🍂
