Shanghai Hotel: Atour Group is highly recommended

Atour, a rapidly expanding hotel brand in China, offers a great experience. This time, I stayed for four consecutive nights in an executive room on Xianxia Road, Shanghai. The room was clean and featured a warm wooden interior that left a lasting impression. Some ground-floor rooms even come with a small private garden, perfect for relaxing outdoors on a nice day.

What I personally appreciated were the slightly firm mattress and the toilet equipped with a bidet, which are rare finds in Chinese hotels. Additionally, the hotel provides excellent amenities for long-term stays, such as a 24-hour gym, detergent-free laundry facilities, and robot delivery services, making the stay very comfortable.

The surrounding area is also convenient, with many Japanese supermarkets and restaurants, making it a very livable location for Japanese visitors. This hotel is definitely a strong candidate for regular stays during business trips or extended visits to Shanghai.
