This trip log chose the longest, most roundabout route (crazy as hell). If you want to save time, skip this route. It's easily three times shorter. But I wanted to experience the life along the way, both living and non-living, and let time slowly flow by with plenty of time to spare. I was just trying to kill time. If you're going to take this route, practice your route carefully. Warning!!! 🤣

Shanghai Haidian-Shanghai Sanjiang by subway: 2 hours and 5 minutes
Shanghai-Sanjiang-Hongzhou by high-speed rail: 1 hour and 29 minutes
Hongzhou-Hongzhou South by subway: 33 minutes
Hongzhou-Shanghai South by high-speed rail: 4 hours and 38 minutes
Shanghai-Wenzhou by carpool: 48 minutes
Shanghai-Wenzhou by carpool: 45 minutes
Shanghai-Wenzhou by high-speed rail: 7 hours 7 minutes
Shanghai Sanjiang-Shanghai Haidian Subway: 2 hours 5 minutes
Shanghai Haidian-Bangkok Flight: 4 hours 50 minutes
