Recently visited Shangri-La and stayed at a divine design hotel.

The hotel is near the North Gate of Dukezong Ancient Town.
It’s just a 5-minute walk to the core area of the ancient town, super convenient to get anywhere.
The advantage of being near the North Gate is that you can enjoy the charm of the ancient town without being disturbed by noisy tourists. I give the location a full score.

It takes just over ten minutes by taxi from Diqing Shangri-La Airport.
The hotel can also arrange airport pick-up and drop-off services (remember to book in advance).
For those driving, no worries—the hotel has a dedicated parking lot.
