The caramel baked prawns are indeed very large, with a firm and fresh texture. The caramel adds a sweet touch to the firmness, quite unique.
The stir-fried mustard greens with pork lard residue are healthy and delicious, a very traditional Chinese dish.
The crispy-skinned pigeon has a crispy skin and tender meat, offering a layered taste.
The lemongrass baked grouper is fresh, tender, and juicy, absorbing all the broth with the unique fragrance of lemongrass.
