[Shenzhen Futian] Huayueting: Signature wood-crusted duck, paired with exquisite side dishes

This time I visited Huayueting in Futian, Shenzhen again to taste the exquisite Chinese cuisine. The restaurant's elegant decoration and comfortable atmosphere make people feel relaxed, and the waiter's reception makes people feel at home.

We ordered a few signature dishes, starting with the crispy duck with fruit wood skin. This dish has an attractive golden color, crispy skin and tender meat. The chef showed his superb skills while slicing the duck in front of us, making us look forward to the delicious food we were about to taste. The duck skin is paired with homemade sweet sauce and cucumber, giving it a layered taste.

The Truffle Pan-fried Crispy Melon Stuffed with Hundred Flowers is a perfect combination of the fresh crispy melon and the fragrant truffle. The filling is delicious and you can’t stop eating it.

The winter melon in the braised duck rack with scallop and winter melon has absorbed the essence of the duck meat. The soup is light but full of flavor, making people feel the natural sweetness of the ingredients.

We also ordered chicken shredded rice noodles, which were smooth and tender, and the chicken shreds were fresh and fragrant, and paired with a special sauce, it was unforgettable.

This meal cost about 150 yuan per person, which was absolutely worth it considering the delicacy and quality of the dishes. In terms of service, the restaurant's service attitude is very good.
