After finishing a tense exam, I was filled with fatigue and stress and couldn’t wait to pick up my camera and rush to Gankeng Ancient Town in this beautiful spring weather for a date with spring.

As soon as you step into the ancient town, you will be immersed in the beautiful spring scenery, and every corner is surrounded by a sea of ​​bougainvillea flowers in full bloom. The red, purple and pink bougainvillea, with their layered petals, are as bright and beautiful as the flowing clouds in the sky.

While strolling in the ancient town, I did not follow the photo-taking strategies of internet celebrities, but just wandered freely. If I look up inadvertently, I can encounter a bunch of bougainvillea sticking out of the wall, as if they are greeting me enthusiastically. Stepping into a winding alley, on both sides of the cobblestone road, bougainvillea grows wildly along the walls, with flowers blooming in profusion. The breeze blows and the branches sway, as if telling the tenderness of spring. Walking up the quaint stone steps to the roof, the view suddenly opens up. Large patches of bougainvillea cascade down like a raging waterfall, and their unbridled vitality strikes the heart.

"The flowers are so numerous that they dazzle the eyes." When you are in this sea of ​​flowers, all the troubles of the world are left behind, and your heart is filled with the flourishing spring spirit, and all your fatigue and worries are swept away. Bathed in the warm spring breeze, looking at these freely blooming flowers, my heart is full of envy.
