My husband loves crispy catfish. I heard that there is a must-try crispy catfish hot pot in Dongmen. The restaurant selects live fish directly from Zhongshan and kills them to order. I never thought that I can eat big and crispy crispy catfish without having to go to Zhongshan. I took my husband to try it!

This time I ordered a set for two, with Zhongshan crispy catfish fillets, fish bone platter, signature handmade crispy fish balls, crispy fish skin, handmade fried cornstarch and baby cabbage.

The mixed soup is stone olive five-finger peach with golden pepper lemon, stone olive and five-finger hair clear heat and remove dampness, suitable for this weather, golden pepper lemon sour and spicy enough appetizing, spicy and not spicy enough to be popular.

Zhongshan crispy catfish fillets are fresh enough, the color is oily and transparent, the meat is crisp and sweet, the fish bones are more crispy and chewy, the signature handmade crispy fish balls, fresh fish meat is handmade, it's too delicious!

I also ordered the black tiger shrimp slide and emerald asparagus slices. The black tiger shrimp slide is full of shrimp meat. It's really satisfying!
