Shenzhen Store Exploration｜🇫🇷French Guojianglong High-Quality Puff Shop 🍬 L'ÉCLAIR DE GÉNIE

I love French desserts and admire their exquisite, almost art-like quality. This time in Shenzhen, I stumbled upon L'ÉCLAIR DE GÉNIE, a French institution that's come from abroad. Of course, I had to try it!

First, let's talk about the ambiance. Located in the MixC shopping mall, the decor is truly classy. The spacious and bright interior features large floor-to-ceiling windows that let in natural light, complemented by warm lighting, creating a comfortable and stylish atmosphere. The seating area offers comfortable sofas, tables, and chairs, perfect for a casual get-together with friends or a solo dessert break.

Now, on to the dessert itself! They have an incredible selection of éclairs. The window display is filled with a variety of colorful éclairs, making them incredibly appetizing. We ordered several different flavors, including the Japanese yuzu, which had a striking, refreshing aroma without being overly sweet. The éclair had a crispy exterior and a smooth filling. We also ordered a strawberry, which offered a rich, tart and sweet taste of fresh strawberries. We also ordered vanilla ice cream; the smooth texture paired with the cream puffs created another delicious experience.

The service was also excellent. The staff were friendly and patiently explained the characteristics of the different flavors, allowing us to choose our favorite.

Overall, this restaurant is worth a visit for its delicious desserts, exquisite presentation, comfortable environment, and attentive service. Dessert lovers shouldn't miss it!
