The MixC Shenzhen Bay is located in Nanshan District. The mall consists of two phases, with the second phase just opening on September 30, 2025. Spanning approximately 87,000 square meters, it features the first-of-its-kind, approximately 2-kilometer-long skywalk, "Shenzhen Bay Avenue," connecting landmarks such as Coastal City, Houhaihui, MixC, and Shenzhen Bay Culture Plaza.

The mall boasts four floors and four basement levels, housing 350 diverse brand stores and 142 restaurants, primarily on the B1 and B1M floors.
