A Day at Dameisha Beach, 大梅沙- Shenzhen City-Guangdong

During my visit to Shenzhen, I had the pleasure of exploring Dameisha Beach, located along Mirs Bay in Yantian District, on the eastern side of the city. Stretching approximately 1,800 meters, it is the longest beach in Shenzhen, offering a beautiful blend of golden sands, clear waters, and a lively coastal atmosphere.
October turned out to be the perfect time to visit — the weather was pleasantly warm, ideal for both swimming and leisurely walks along the shore. The sea breeze, combined with the rhythmic sound of waves, made the experience refreshing and relaxing.

For those who enjoy a bit of local flavor, street food vendors line the nearby area, offering a variety of snacks and drinks. There are also plenty of coffee shops and restaurants around, including familiar international options like KFC and McDonald’s, conveniently located just across from the beach.
Dameisha Beach truly captures the essence of Shenzhen’s coastal charm-a place where relaxation, local culture, and modern convenience meet.
