The appetizer included spinach ohitashi, satsuma-imo (sweet potato), firefly squid, and more, letting you feel the season both visually and in taste ♩🤍
The sashimi was thick, firm, and incredibly delicious!!

Watching the straw-grilling and teppanyaki right in front of you gets your excitement up!!
Perfectly cooked...! 🔥

The tempura had spring-like tara no me (angelica tree shoots), and it was also incredibly delicious!!

The abalone was huge and very satisfying, and the teppanyaki tasted like it came from a top teppan restaurant... 🔥🍖

The finishing bamboo shoot and kinome (Japanese pepper leaf) mixed rice was also superb...
